SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipments are FOB: Sunnypack (Melbourne AU). Shipping and handling charges are based on weight / size of package and where the order is being shipped.
We will attempt to ship all orders within 24 – 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday) plus the following transit times
Adelaide/Melbourne 1 to 2 business days
Canberra/Sydney 2 to 3 business days
Brisbane/Perth/Darwin 4 to 5 business days
Hobart/Launceston 6 to 7 business days
If an item is unavailable, you will receive an email with the option to backorder or cancel that item.
Most items are shipped directly from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order. Items backordered will be charged on initial invoice and then shipped to you at no additional freight charge upon receipt into stock. If an item will be out of stock for a prolonged period of time, you will be notified and given the option of keeping the backorder, receiving an equivalent substitution or a refund.
We will be happy to supply a sample upon request. If unsure of an item, please ask for a sample or talk with a customer service representative. We will not be responsible for items ordered incorrectly. Please limit sample requests to 5 items.
